Having grown up in Wānaka and returned over 12 years ago to raise her family, Claudia brings a genuine, lived understanding of the area and its evolving property landscape. Her family is firmly established here — with children attending Mt Aspiring College, and her son having built his first home locally — reflecting a deep and ongoing connection to the community.
With over a decade of Property Management experience, Claudia offers in-depth knowledge of the local rental market, tenancy legislation, and compliance requirements. Every property is managed to a high professional standard, with a clear focus on asset protection, quality tenancies, and consistent performance.
